Verified Family Connections
Reconnect with the ones inside — with confidence.
MyPenLink is a directory of verified inmate profiles. Families and friends create a profile once, and pen pals reach out directly through the DOC-approved mail service — JPay, Securus, or whichever provider the facility uses.
Verified
Every profile is reviewed before it goes live in the directory.
Easy to find
Search by name, state, or DOC ID to reach the right person.
Direct mail
Each profile links straight to the facility's approved mail service.
What a profile looks like
A single portrait, name, DOC ID, a short bio in the person's own words, and a gallery of life-before photos. Everything a pen pal needs to write the first letter through the facility's mail provider.
